of Hooper's Bay on the island of Exuma.
Hooper's Bay features long beaches, warm crystal clear
water, coral banks and luxurious vegeation that are
characteristic of the tropical islands in this part of the
Atlantic.
Beach Garden Estate lies directly on 100 meters of private
beach, which is a paridise for watersports and relaxing in
the sun.

We guarantee the villa in clean condition,
including:
- bed-linen,
bath towels, tea-towels

water
Rental
for one week is $1,470(US)
Each additional day is $210

Conditions
of Reservation:
Payment must
be made by cheque or bank transfer. A deposit of 50% of the
total rent is required to guarantee the reservation. The
balance must be paid on arrival. Other expenses are the
responsibility of the person(s) renting. If, due to any
circumstances, the renter(s) are unable to take up residence
and cancel a reservation, they are responsible for paying
the total amount of the rental fee and other charges due for
the period of the original reservation. If the renter(s)
find another party to fill the reservation, or the
proprietor finds another party to fill part or all of the
original booking, there will be no financial obligation
